Start Strong with a Solid Foundation

New to fitness? Nervous about stepping into a gym? Foundations is your perfect starting point. This one-on-one program is tailored to teach you the basics of movement and exercise so you can feel confident and prepared for group classes. Our foundation’s program has 5 personal training sessions in which you will go over 4-5 fundamental movements that are consistently included in our functional fitness classes.

Hyrox Group Class

Build Your Endurance & Get A Sweat In !

Our HYROX group class is designed to help you build endurance, strength, and functional fitness skills in a supportive and energetic environment. Led by our certified HYROX coaches, the class combines running intervals with functional movements like sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, and more, mimicking the challenges of a HYROX race. Whether you’re training for competition or looking to level up your fitness, this class will push your limits while providing scalable options for all fitness levels. Join us to sweat, compete, and conquer!
